Terms and Conditions of Sale – Online Purchase of Shabbat Meals
These Terms and Conditions govern the online purchase of Shabbat meals from Bellacarne via the official page www.bellacarne.it/en/booking-shabbat/
By placing a booking for Shabbat meals, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions in full.
1. Reservation Confirmation by Email
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email sent to the email address provided during the reservation process.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the confirmation email and promptly contact Bellacarne at info@bellacarne.it for any questions, changes, or corrections.
2. Advance Payment via PayPal
All reservations must be paid in advance via PayPal at the time of booking.
Under no circumstances will a reservation be confirmed without prior successful payment.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
All bookings are non-refundable.
In the event of a cancellation, no refund will be issued for any reason.
Subject to receipt via email at info@bellacarne.it of a change request from the Customer at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking date, it is possible to amend the reservation to another Shabbat, depending on table availability.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Customers may request to reschedule their booking for a different Shabbat date only if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date.
Rescheduling is subject to seating availability.
5. Extras and Additional Purchases
Customers may select and purchase additional items (such as starters, wine, and other extras) during the online booking process.
Prices for extras are listed on the booking page and must be paid at the time of reservation.
6. No Show Policy
In the event of a no show on the scheduled booking date without prior notice, the Customer will forfeit the right of entry for any subsequent date as well as any extras associated with the booking.
No voucher or refund will be issued under any circumstances.
7. Liability
Bellacarne shall not be held responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete booking details provided by the customer;
- Failure to receive the confirmation email due to spam filters, technical issues, or incorrect email address entry;
- Any delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. Communications
Any request to amend or modify the booking details must be submitted in writing via email to info@bellacarne.it.
Any request made through other means shall be deemed not received.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rome, Italy.
